I've Got a Fever is a 3-track suite combined to form one mega-track that lasts for 12 minutes and 36 seconds. This is Cameron's second longest song, right next to Killana. The song also has a b-side, titled 'Ella'. It doesn't refer to anyone, but rather it's a representation of the song. The name 'Ella' is a 'simple, short name', similar to the song. This song was only made in one day for a friend's video for church. This is the shortest amount of time it took for Cameron to produce a song. This song has no lyrics.
The 'I've Got a Fever' suite was one of the longest productions that cameron has taken, and it was the second most expensive release by cameron, costing over 1,200 dollars of equipment; the first being Visual Spectrum, at over 3,000 dollars of brand new equipment, plugins, and sound systems. Cameron doesn't think too highly of this single. He thinks it's poorly mixed and had poor mastering work.
The song was planned to be around 15-20 minutes, but the lat part, 'The Wavelength of Two Right Ends Meet' was cut short due to running out of budget. The song was supposed to pick up and have more of and electronic build-up to it, and then end off at the final cut outro.
The tracklist for the suite and B-side are listed below:

The official album cover to the I've Got a Fever EP
Now I’ve fallen, I’d call back home
And would you even see how I could realise it’s gone
And I know, how could you even see me this way and I’d call
I’d call away
(And I’d fall)
(And I’d fall)
(And I’d fall away)
Fall, fall, I would fall (And I’d fall)
Fall fall, I would fall (And I’d fall)
Fall fall, I would fall, I would fall away (And I’d fall away)
Would they tell me who I was
And would they tell me who I’ll be
Is it their job to fight for me
Or is it my calligraphy
Will they decide tomorrow
Or if I fail to call her?
I know I’ve got a fever if I can’t quite tell who’s really me, oh
Now when the night ends, I find myself restless
My lack of this, my lack of going down on my defeat is very little
Would you count it overboard if I tried one more night
Is it my job for my whole life to try this? (And I’d fall away)
(And I’d fall away)
Fall, fall, I would fall (And I’d fall)
Fall fall, I would fall (And I’d fall)
Fall fall, I would fall, I would fall away (And I’d fall away)
Now would you tell me?
Now would you tell me who you were?
My skies were blue
My skies were blue when you were there
You fixed my problems, you fixed them, where are you now?
Would they tell me who I was
And would they tell me who I’ll be
Is it their job to fight for me
Or is it my calligraphy
Will they decide tomorrow
Or if I fail to call her?
I know that I’ve got a fever if I can’t quite tell who’s really me, now
Fall, fall, I would fall (And I’d fall)
Fall fall, I would fall (And I’d fall)
Fall fall, I would fall, I would fall away (And I’d fall away)
Restless, I am
I’ve fallen again
Would you tell me where I meet
Possessed, again
The reign must end
As the rain pours on us
We’ve cancelled out our good and bad deeds now
I’d go
I’d go
I’d go
They tell me
They tell me, they tell me
They tell me where to go
They tell me again
I’m sick
It’s tough to breath
A fallen army has a whole war of history behind it’s back
Somebody needs to be known to be fеd to the lions
For messing it all up
Tell thеm yet again to speak to the same men they were fighting against
Just tell ‘em you were forced to, they’d be forced to agree with you
Settle all of the differences
Find me out, now
You already fought me by the preceding actions that you made
You had to act all shy and antagonised
Made me act a fool. Made me stand around that school
Shy and worried we’d never speak again
I don’t know what I did
I don’t know if I stand or sit
Propose in any fashion, I’d do it
Any way to fix this
My fever’s speaking up to now
I’m for sure
I apologise
I just want you there by my side
I’m dying, and I’d survive
Eternally
If you were by my side
